Please email your query or complaint to Helpdesk at email@example.com In your email, always mention TRN/PRN, Contact Person & Contact number for faster support from Helpdesk. You can also attach/upload appropriate screen shot related to issue/concern if required.
Step-II: Please follow Step II for escalating your query if it is not resolved from Helpdesk. Escalation should be done strictly in the order given below with proper reference of email sent to the last level along with date and TRN/PRN
